Update Menu: List all items, by date & List all items, by event's title

These two are pretty self explanatory. They will list all events in your calendar for you, by date or event title. From that list, you can click on the event's title and edit it, or look at its information.

Update Menu: Un-approved events

This section will drop you a list of any events that are submitted to the calendar system by the public (PTA/PTO or parent groups for example may submit meeting dates). Your duty as the calendar administrator is to decide if the events are appropriate or not. No event from the public will ever get published unless it is approved by a calendar administrator! This is to prevent someone from defacing the system with fake or inappropriate events.

When you click on an Un-approved event, it will display a form that looks just like the one you used to add an event. The only difference is that on this form, you must check the little box next to 'Approved.' Once you check the box, and click 'Save' the event will be displayed on your calendar.

Update Menu: Weekly Items

This is a nifty function - the Weekly Items option allows you to create an event that will show up on your calendar every week. This is good for weekly clubs, staff meetings, etc.
